Why split by part of the day?
Early morning, midday and evening can differ by many degrees. Advice per part of the day keeps you warm early and cool at noon; with big swings, the page suggests layers.
When do I need an umbrella or sunscreen?
An umbrella or raincoat when an hour reaches the rain threshold; sunscreen from UV 3, plus a wide-brimmed hat and sunglasses from UV 6; a windbreaker from 30 km/h winds.
